LUXURIOUS SUITES IN VICTORIAN TOWNHOUSE
KING SUITE FIRST FLOOR
Positioned at the front of the hotel with large bay windows, we have two First Floor King Suites, "Elizabeth" and "Victoria", both enjoying stunning views of the famous Llandudno Victorian promenade. The large, open plan rooms are both spacious and cosy at the same time with a working open gas fires, marble fireplaces and comfortable furnishings.

KING SUITE SECOND FLOOR
Our King Suite on the second floor, "Katie", offers spacious accommodation with classic luxury appeal. Featuring plush upholstered furniture in the large living area with a working gas fire offering a cosy and comfortable environment. A bath and separate walk-in shower allow you to pamper yourself in style.

KING SUITE THIRD FLOOR
Two luxury suites are on the third floor, "Elyse" and "Jessica". Both suites have high ceilings with exposed beams and angled walls in the living area which continues into the open plan bedroom with sumptuous king size beds.

TWIN SUITE SECOND FLOOR
Located at the front of the second floor, "Helene" is our only twin suite at Osborne House, offering two luxurious single beds each with Egyptian cotton sheets and down duvet. A separate living area with fully working gas fire ensures a cosy stay for our guests.

FAMILY SUITE FIRST FLOOR
Our family suite, "Lily", is situated at the rear of the hotel on the first floor. You enter the suite into a large living room with 3 seater sofa and chair, TV and DVD player. This leads into the spacious king size bedroom area.
